Cornbread Cake

Delicious cornbread, as a corn fan, I can highly recommend this dessert. I like to serve it warm and pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  • 6 ears corn, slices
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cups flour

  • Mix the ingredients in small parts.
  • Butter and flour a rectangular mold.
  • Once the ingredients are ground, mix in a mold.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180ºC.
  • Once baked, let it rest in the mold for 20 minutes.
  • Unmold and serve.
