Cornbread Cake

A delicious corn bread, since I'm a fan of corn I can highly recommend this dessert. I like to serve it warm and accompany it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  • 6 ears corn, sliced
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cups flour

  • Mix the ingredients in small portions.
  • Grease and flour a rectangular baking mold.
  • Once the ingredients are mixed, pour over in baking mold.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF)
  • Once baked let it rest in the mold for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from mold and serve.
