Cornbread Cake

Delicious cornbread, as a corn fan, I can highly recommend this dessert. I like to serve it warm and pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

6 ears corn, slices
1 can condensed milk
1 stick butter
5 eggs
1 stick cinnamon
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cups flour
Preparation

Mix the ingredients in small parts.
Butter and flour a rectangular mold.
Once the ingredients are ground, mix in a mold.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180ºC.
Once baked, let it rest in the mold for 20 minutes.
Unmold and serve.
