Cornbread Cake

A delicious corn bread, since I'm a fan of corn I can highly recommend this dessert. I like to serve it warm and accompany it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

6 ears corn, sliced
1 can condensed milk
1 stick butter
5 eggs
1 stick cinnamon
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cups flour
Preparation

Mix the ingredients in small portions.
Grease and flour a rectangular baking mold.
Once the ingredients are mixed, pour over in baking mold.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF)
Once baked let it rest in the mold for 20 minutes.
Remove from mold and serve.
