A delicious corn bread, since I'm a fan of corn I can highly recommend this dessert. I like to serve it warm and accompany it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 6 corn, sliced
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 1/2 cups flour

Preparation

Mix the ingredients in small portions.
Grease and flour a rectangular baking mold.
Once the ingredients are mixed, pour over in baking mold.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF)
Once baked let it rest in the mold for 20 minutes.
Remove from mold and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

TIPS

Enjoy with a cup of delicious coffee.

Yo no le puse la media taza de harina y la mantequilla solo la use para engrasar el molde la canela la puse molida una cucharada cafetera y le añadí una cucharadita de esencia de vainilla les recomiendo que lo hagan como yo queda delicioso

Hola una pregunta la mantequilla también se echa en la mezcla o es solo para engrasar el molde

Queda delicioso yo tambien sustitui la raja de canela por canela molida e incluí un poco se leche evaporada al momento de hacer la mezcla. Como toque final puse azúcar glass y quedo delicioso!! Gracias por tan rica receta!!
