Cornflake Cake with Chocolate

This recipe will be loved by the whole family!! It is an easy, economical, and delicious dessert!!

  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 bags cocoa powder, Nesquik
  • 1/2 bottles corn syrup, Vanilla Karo
  • 1 box cereal Corn Flakes
  • 4 marshmallows, whites
  • butter, for greasing the mold
  • white chocolates, for decorating

  • In a pot over low heat, add the oil, cornstarch, Nesquik, Karo syrup, and marshmallows.
  • Once everything is well mixed, gradually add the cornflakes until the whole box is used, turn off the heat, and fold them in until they are all coated with chocolate.
  • Grease the mold with butter, pour in the mixture, and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Once it's cold, unmold it, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, and decorate the cake with lines.
