190 grams cream cheese
5 eggs
3/8 cups wheat flour
1/8 cups cornstarch
1/2 teaspoons salt
90 grams sugar
lime zest

Heat the milk over low heat.
Incorporate the cream cheese until it melts.
Add the butter until it melts and set aside.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Beat the yolks and add them to the milk mixture; once done, set aside and whip the egg whites with the sugar, adding it gradually.
Add the lemon zest.
