Covered Grapes

Prepare these delicious grapes covered with white and dark chocolate and decorated with nuts. They will be a sensation this Christmas and are very easy to make.

  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 100 grams bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 100 grams white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 cups almonds, chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 cups cranberries
  • 1/4 cups amaranth

  • Insert wooden sticks into the grapes. Set aside.
  • Place the white chocolate in one bowl and the dark chocolate in another. Melt the chocolates in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  • Cover half of the grapes with white chocolate and the other half with dark chocolate.
