4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
75 grams chocolate, in shavings, for decoration
1/4 cups raspberries, for decoration
1 sprig peppermint, for decoration

Dissolve the cherry gelatin in hot water, cool slightly.
Pour into a 15 cm diameter mold, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
In a food processor, process the cookies with the nut and melted butter until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Place the mixture of cookies with butter on the base of a 20 cm diameter springform pan, compact to form a base and set aside.
For the cream gelatin, blend the Premium Santa Clara® sour cream with the condensed milk and gelatin until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Pour half over the cookie base mold, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Place the cherry gelatin disk and cover with the rest of the cream gelatin, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Unmold and decorate with chocolate, raspberries, and mint.
