Preparation
Dissolve the cherry jelly in hot water, cool slightly.
Pour into a mold of 15 cm in diameter, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
In a food processor, process the cookies with the nut and melted butter until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Place the mixture of biscuits with butter, compact to form a base and reserve, on the base of a mold of 20 cm of diameter.
For the cream gelatine, liquefy the Santa Clara® Premium Acidified Cream with the condensed milk and the gelatin until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the half on the mold with the base of cookies, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Place the disc of the cherry jelly and cover with the rest of the cream jelly, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Unmold and decorate with chocolate, raspberries and mint.
