Cream Gelatin with Cherry Surprise

This creamy cream jelly with cherry surprise will become your favorite, with its base of chocolate cookies, make the combination of textures an exquisite experience to your palate. You can not believe it!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of Water hot
  • 1 on of cherry jelly
  • 2 cups of chocolate chip cookie
  • 1 Cup of nut
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • 1 liter of Premium Santa Clara® acidified cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 envelopes of grenetina hydrated and melted
  • 75 grams of chocolate in chips, to decorate
  • 1/4 of Cup of raspberry to decorate
  • 1 branch of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    Dissolve the cherry jelly in hot water, cool slightly.
    Pour into a mold of 15 cm in diameter, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
    In a food processor, process the cookies with the nut and melted butter until you get a homogeneous mixture.
    Place the mixture of biscuits with butter, compact to form a base and reserve, on the base of a mold of 20 cm of diameter.
    For the cream gelatine, liquefy the Santa Clara® Premium Acidified Cream with the condensed milk and the gelatin until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Pour the half on the mold with the base of cookies, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
    Place the disc of the cherry jelly and cover with the rest of the cream jelly, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Unmold and decorate with chocolate, raspberries and mint.

    PRESENTATION

    On a cake base, decorated with mint, raspberries and chocolate shavings.

    TIPS

    To unmold the gelatin in an easier way, grease your mold from the edge with a little oil.
