For chocolate: Melt the butter in the microwave and put in a bowl. Add the cocoa and the icing sugar to it and stir until it is a thick mixture. You can avoid this step by buying a bar of bitter chocolate of 125 grams (55 to 70% cocoa)
Beat the eggs vigorously with the brown sugar and sugar until the preparation thickens and is fluffy.
Add the egg and sugar mixture to the chocolate mixture. Then add the sifted flour and mix well with the spatula.
Pour this preparation into a previously greased and floured mold and bake until the tip of a knife in the center of the cake comes out dry.
When it is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool. Then cut it into squares.
