Creamy Brownies

Delicious recipe for chocolate brownies with a creamy filling and a crunchy exterior. Extremely easy.

  • 225 grams unsalted butter
  • powdered sugar, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, without sifted sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 grams brown sugar
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 50 grams flour , sifted

  • For the chocolate: Melt the butter in the microwave and put it in a bowl. Add the cocoa and powdered sugar to this and stir until it becomes a thick mixture. This step can be skipped by buying a 125-gram bar of dark chocolate (55 to 70% cocoa).
  • Whisk the eggs vigorously with the brown sugar and sugar until the mixture thickens and becomes fluffy.
  • Incorporate the egg and sugar mixture into the chocolate mixture. Then add the sifted flour and mix well with a spatula.
  • Pour this preparation into a previously greased and floured mold and bake until the tip of a knife inserted into the center of the cake comes out dry.
  • When cooked, remove from the oven and let cool. Then cut into squares.
