  • 225 grams butter
  • icing sugar, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, no sifted sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 grams brown sugar
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 50 grams flour, sifted

  • For chocolate: Melt the butter in the microwave and put in a bowl. Add the cocoa and the icing sugar to it and stir until it is a thick mixture. You can avoid this step by buying a bar of bitter chocolate of 125 grams (55 to 70% cocoa)
  • Beat the eggs vigorously with the brown sugar and sugar until the preparation thickens and is fluffy.
  • Add the egg and sugar mixture to the chocolate mixture. Then add the sifted flour and mix well with the spatula.
  • Pour this preparation into a previously greased and floured mold and bake until the tip of a knife in the center of the cake comes out dry.
  • When it is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool. Then cut it into squares.
