For the chocolate: Melt the butter in the microwave and put it in a bowl. Add the cocoa and powdered sugar to this and stir until it becomes a thick mixture. This step can be skipped by buying a 125-gram bar of dark chocolate (55 to 70% cocoa).
Whisk the eggs vigorously with the brown sugar and sugar until the mixture thickens and becomes fluffy.
Incorporate the egg and sugar mixture into the chocolate mixture. Then add the sifted flour and mix well with a spatula.
Pour this preparation into a previously greased and floured mold and bake until the tip of a knife inserted into the center of the cake comes out dry.
When cooked, remove from the oven and let cool. Then cut into squares.
