Creamy Cajeta Flan

330 grams cajeta Burnt
2 cans condensed milk, from 397 milliliters
2 cans evaporated milk, from 371 milliliters
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
8 eggs
180 grams cream cheese, at room temperature

Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Cover an aluminum mold with cajeta (the sides and the bottom).
Blend the milks with the vanilla, eggs, and cream cheese. The mixture should be smooth and well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the flan mold (covered with cajeta). Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a water bath for 1 1/2 hours. When ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Unmold and store in the refrigerator until serving.
