Creamy Cheese Jelly with Red Fruits

  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 3/4 cups La Costeña® red fruit jam
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated and melted
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g) hydrated and melted
  • 1 cup chocolate cookies, ground
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut chocolate cream
  • 3 tablespoons almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted

  • For the fruit jelly, in a bowl, mix the water with La Costeña® red fruit jam and the gelatin.
  • Pour the previous preparation into a rectangular mold and fill it to 1/3 of the mold. Refrigerate until set.
  • Meanwhile, blend the cheese with the condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla, and the gelatin until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • With the help of a tree-shaped cookie cutter, cut out 3 little trees from the red fruit jelly without unmolding. Remove the trees and fill with the cheese jelly almost to the edge of the mold. Refrigerate until set.
  • For the cookie base, mix the cookies with the hazelnut cream, almonds, and butter. Pour over the cheese jelly and compact with the help of a spoon covering completely to make a crust. Refrigerate for another 20 minutes.
  • Unmold the jelly, ensuring that the cookie base stays on the plate, enjoy.
