Creamy Corn Cake

Family recipe, it's a cake that doesn't use flour and comes out creamy; you can omit the cheese, and it still tastes great.

  • 6 ears corn
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Philadelphia® cream cheese , 190 g
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg, ground
  • 50 grams nut , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 grams unsalted butter

  • Blend all the ingredients gradually in the blender except the walnut and pour into a previously greased and floured cake pan of your choice.
  • Finally, sprinkle the walnut on top and proceed to bake.
  • Bake at 200°C for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
