Crepes With Chocolate Syrup

  • 1 glass cow's milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 jar chocolate syrup

  • You must beat all the ingredients, taking care that no lumps are formed.
  • Grease the pan with a wet napkin with butter (melted) and ensuring that there is no excess fat left over medium heat.
  • Pour a little of the mixture (the amount needed to form an omelet) and when the surface of the crepe is dry, turn carefully and wait for it to finish cooking but without browning, and you should continue like this for the preparation.
