This is a recipe with which you will put everyone frantic, with a delicious chocolate you can get to conquer palates of the most demanding, and even though I may only be 12 years old, I know that I can guarantee this recipe.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 egg
  • 75 grams flour
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 jar chocolate syrup

Preparation

You must beat all the ingredients, taking care that no lumps are formed.
Grease the pan with a wet napkin with butter (melted) and ensuring that there is no excess fat left over medium heat.
Pour a little of the mixture (the amount needed to form an omelet) and when the surface of the crepe is dry, turn carefully and wait for it to finish cooking but without browning, and you should continue like this for the preparation.

PRESENTATION

You can do like me, take the crepes and roll them, fill the tips of a fork with plenty of chocolate syrup and sprinkle it on the crepe, then you can garnish with strawberries and leaves and that's it!

TIPS

You can click with a stick the crepe to see if it is ready.
