This crepe dessert is delicious and really very simple to prepare. You can prepare all the ingredients a day in advance and just make the crepe rolls before serving.
In a blender, put the milk, flour, eggs, oil, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
Turn on the stove to medium heat and place a skillet.
Put a few drops of oil and spread it with a paper towel to cover the entire skillet.
With a tablespoon, put a little of the mixture in the skillet and cover the surface with a thin layer. Wait for it to start browning and quickly flip it over.
When it's ready (should be in less than 1 minute), place it on a plate and set aside.
Follow these steps with the rest of the mixture.
Once all the crepes are ready, fill each one with a few tablespoons of vanilla pudding and add strawberries, kiwi, and raspberries. Roll them up and place them on a serving platter.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
