This dessert of crepes is delicious and really very simple to prepare. You can prepare all the ingredients a day in advance and just make the crepe rolls before serving them.

Preparation
In a blender, put milk, flour, eggs, oil, salt and sugar. Stir well.
Light the stove over medium heat and put a frying pan.
Put a few drops of oil and spread it with a paper towel to cover the entire pan.
With a soup spoon, put a little of the mixture in the pan and cover the entire surface with a thin layer. Wait for it to begin to brown and turn it around quickly.
When it is ready (it should be in less than 1 minute) put on a plate and reserve.
Follow these steps with the rest of the mix.
Once all the crepes are ready, fill each one with a few spoonfuls of vanilla pudding and fill with strawberries, kiwi and raspberries. Roll and put in a dish.
Before serving sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.
