Crepes with Red Fruit Jam

A basic recipe of crepes stuffed with cream cheese dipped in a red fruit sauce. They are ideal for breakfast or for dessert.

  • 1/2 cups water, cool
  • 1/2 cups Silk® original almond drink
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons red fruit jam

  • Mix all the ingredients in the blender, refrigerate half an hour and place the mixture in a Teflon pan.
  • Turn when the flour is ready.
  • To prepare the filling, add a little heat to the cream cheese, mix with the red fruit jam and fill to taste.
