1/2 cups Silk® original almond drink
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
150 grams cream cheese
3 tablespoons red fruit jam

Mix all the ingredients in a blender, refrigerate for half an hour, and pour the mixture into a non-stick skillet.
Flip when the batter is ready.
