  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons artificial sweetener, granulated
  • 2 cups apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cups soy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons artificial sweetener, granulated
  • 3/4 cups whole-wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Preheat the oven to 180º C.
  • Spray the six molds with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, add the raspberries, apples, blueberries, cinnamon, sugar (2 tablespoons), lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  • Add cornstarch to this mixture and set aside.
  • In a separate container, add the egg white and beat it until it has a light consistency.
  • Add salt (1/4 teaspoon), vanilla, sugar (1 1/2 tablespoons), soy milk, and whole wheat flour, and mix them well.
  • Divide the berry mixture into the molds (ceramic dishes), placing the mixture on top of each mold.
  • Place the molds on a baking tray and put them in the oven.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
