Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Put to the six molds oil spray.
In a bowl add the raspberries, apples, cranberries, cinnamon, sugar (2 tablespoons), lemon juice and lemon zest.
Add cornstarch to this mixture and reserve.
In a bowl add the egg white and beat until it has a light consistency.
Add salt (1/4 teaspoon), vanilla, sugar (1 1/2 teaspoon), soy milk and wholemeal flour, mix well.
Divide the mixture of red fruits in the molds (ceramic plates), put the mixture on each mold.
Place the molds on a baking sheet and put them in the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes.
