Crispy Banana Rolls with Nutella

  • 500 grams flour, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 280 milliliters milk, warm
  • cornstarch
  • 4 bananas, peeled, cut in half, and without ends
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella®, 15 gr
  • water, to close the roll

  • In a bowl, mix the flour with salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil. Mix for 5 minutes to integrate all ingredients.
  • Gradually add the milk and knead until you have a homogeneous dough.
  • Form four long tubes of approximately 20 cm, cut each tube into 5 equal parts, and form balls. Cover with plastic and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Dust cornstarch on the surface and roll out the balls with a rolling pin until they form very thin discs.
  • Place one of your discs and use a knife to cut it into a square, add the banana to one of the corners, brush the edges with a little water.
  • Close the roll by first wrapping the banana and then folding the edges inward. Set aside.
  • In a pot with hot oil, fry the rolls for 5 minutes until golden. Remove from the oil and place on a plate with absorbent paper.
  • Spread a tablespoon of Nutella® and serve on a flat plate, decorating with flowers.
