Mix the Gelatina D'Gari® lemon flavor with boiling water in a bowl until completely dissolved. Then, pour the jelly into plastic cups approximately 6 cm high and 6 cm in diameter. Refrigerate for as long as necessary until it sets.
Mix the Gelatina Negra D'Gari® red fruits flavor with boiling water in a bowl until completely dissolved. Then, pour the jelly into a dish and fill it until a layer of approximately ½ cm forms. Refrigerate for as long as necessary until it sets. Cut out ½ cm circles for the ladybug and set aside.
Mix the Gelatina D'Gari® strawberry flavor with boiling water in a bowl until completely dissolved. Then, pour it into plastic cups or small bowls, approximately 6 cm high and 6 cm in diameter. Place the circles to form the ladybug's spots and cover with Gelatina D'Gari® strawberry flavor. Refrigerate for as long as necessary until it sets.
Mix the Gelatina D'Gari® rompope flavor with boiling milk in a bowl until completely dissolved. Then, pour into molds shaped like ½ eggs. Refrigerate for as long as necessary until it sets.
Place the frosting in 3 small bowls and color each one with different colors: green, yellow, and red, respectively. Set aside.
For the turtle jelly: place green frosting on a mantecada, you can use a piping bag with a round tip to shape it. On top of this, place the Gelatina D'Gari® lemon flavor and shape the head and legs of the turtle with fondant. Use melted chocolate with a brush to add two dots for the eyes. Set aside.
For the ladybug jelly: place red frosting on a mantecada, you can use a piping bag with a round tip to shape it. On top of this, place the Gelatina D'Gari® strawberry flavor to form the body and head. Decorate with two dots that will be the eyes.
For the bee jelly: place yellow frosting on a mantecada, you can use a piping bag with a round tip to shape it. On top of this, add the Gelatina D'Gari® rompope flavor. To form the body and legs of the bee, place chocolate in a piping bag, create lines and the eyes. Place two almonds on top to form the wings.
