  • 4 cups amaranth
  • 1/4 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cups nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 sticks cream cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Mix 4 cups of amaranth, 1/4 cup of egg white, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 3 tablespoons of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 2 cups of almond milk, 2 cups of water, and 2 cups of sugar until achieving a homogeneous consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased container with coconut oil.
  • Place the mixture in the oven and leave it for approximately 30 minutes or until it rises.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • Beat 1/4 cup of cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of cocoa until creating a homogeneous mixture.
