1 cup whole-wheat flour
3/4 cups raw sugar
3/4 cups vegetable oil
6 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cups water, hot
2 sachets chai tea
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoons clove, powder
1/4 teaspoons ginger powder
1 stick cream cheese, (90 grams)
1/2 cups icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside.
Steep the tea bags in the hot water and let cool.
Beat the egg yolks until creamy and gradually add the brown sugar.
Add the oil, the warm tea, and mix very well.
Add the flour gradually, along with the baking powder and ground spices until well combined.
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
Bake at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes in a greased muffin pan.
For the frosting: Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
