Cream or beat the sugar and margarine until you achieve a creamy consistency, then gradually add 50% of the eggs. Next, add 50% of the flour along with the baking powder and salt, then gradually add the remaining eggs in the same manner, followed by the rest of the flour. Finally, add the crumbled cheese and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.
Serve in cupcake molds lined with their respective liners. Add a little grated cheese on top and bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes, remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy.
