150 grams margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
3 eggs
350 grams flour
1 cup cow's milk
150 grams semisweet chocolate
200 grams butter, at room temperature, for the cream
3 cups sugar, powdered
20 chocolate cookies

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and set aside.
Beat the margarine, sugar, vanilla, and one egg until the mixture is creamy.
Add the rest of the eggs, one by one, and beat at medium speed until combined.
Gradually add the flour alternating with the milk, beating at low speed.
Finally, add the melted chocolate.
Place in cupcake molds with liners.
Bake for 20 to 28 minutes.
For the cream
Beat the butter until it changes color and looks creamy.
Add the sugar and beat until combined.
Finally, add the cookies.
