Chocolate Cupcakes with Oreo Cream

  • 150 grams margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 350 grams flour
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 150 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 200 grams butter, at room temperature, for the cream
  • 3 cups sugar, powdered
  • 20 chocolate cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and set aside.
  • Beat the margarine, sugar, vanilla, and one egg until the mixture is creamy.
  • Add the rest of the eggs, one by one, and beat at medium speed until combined.
  • Gradually add the flour alternating with the milk, beating at low speed.
  • Finally, add the melted chocolate.
  • Place in cupcake molds with liners.
  • Bake for 20 to 28 minutes.
  • For the cream
  • Beat the butter until it changes color and looks creamy.
  • Add the sugar and beat until combined.
  • Finally, add the cookies.
