250 grams flour
2 teaspoons royal
125 grams sugar
2 eggs
250 milliliters cow's milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
100 grams butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
50 grams cocoa
150 grams chocolate chips
1 pinch salt
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon mint essence
green food coloring, to taste
1/2 cups icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 200°C
Line the molds with cupcake liners
Sift all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa, and salt into a bowl and form a well. Set aside.
Combine the liquids: egg, milk, vanilla, cream, and melted butter until well blended
Pour the liquids into the mixing bowl and combine without overmixing, then add the chocolate chips.
Place in the cupcake liners and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from the oven, unmold, and let cool.
Whip the cold cream until it forms peaks, then add powdered sugar, essence, and food coloring.
Decorate the cupcake with the cream and garnish to taste
