200 grams flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs, large (or 3 small)
120 grams sugar
150 grams butter
120 milliliters cow's milk
1 cup cotton candy, pressed

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Butter is beaten with sugar until it changes color.
Add the eggs and continue beating.
Add the flour, baking powder, and milk, alternating the flour with the milk. Finish with milk.
Scrape the bottom of the bowl and add the cotton candy, mixing just until combined. At this step, a little food coloring can be added.
The mixture is poured into cupcake liners, filling them only 3/4 full.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
Let them cool on a tray and decorate.
