If you love vanilla cupcakes, you will adore these, as they have a creamy honey butter topping with a fluffy and soft texture. They also have a lovely presentation.
1/3 cups Karo ® honey butter, for the cream, plus 5 tablespoons for decoration
fondant, little bees and flowers for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
For the cupcakes, in a bowl add the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, oil, and using a whisk, beat until combined.
Add the flour, baking powder, and beat until combined.
Pour the previous mixture into cupcake molds and bake for 15 min. Let cool and set aside.
For the honey buttercream, beat the cream cheese and add Karo® Honey Butter until combined.
Place the cream in a pastry bag with a plain tip.
Decorate the cupcakes with the buttercream, drizzle honey over the buttercream, and place the little bees, the flowers, and finish with a touch of Karo® Honey Butter.
