A quick and easy dessert to prepare are these Prince Cookie Cupcakes. Use Prince cookies that are completely chocolate for better flavor.

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 package flour, prepared for pineapple upside-down cake
  • 10 prince chocolate cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut the cookie into 5 or 6 pieces per cookie and set aside.
  • On a baking tray, place the cupcake liners in each of the compartments.
  • Mix according to the package instructions, once finished add the broken cookie and mix with a fork.
  • Pour the mixture into each of the cupcake liners and bake for 20 minutes.
