A quick and easy dessert to prepare are these Prince Cookie Cupcakes. Use Prince cookies that are completely chocolate for better flavor.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the cookie into 5 or 6 pieces per cookie and set aside. On a baking tray, place the cupcake liners in each of the compartments. Mix according to the package instructions, once finished add the broken cookie and mix with a fork. Pour the mixture into each of the cupcake liners and bake for 20 minutes.
