  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • For the cupcakes, in a mixer cream the butter with the sugar, add the eggs, vanilla extract, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, white vinegar, milk, and red food coloring. Beat until combined. Set aside.
  • Pour the mixture into a cupcake mold, filling the liners 2/3 of the way. Tap the tray a little to avoid air bubbles in the batter. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove, cool, and unmold.
  • For the frosting, using a mixer, cream the cream cheese with the hazelnut spread, add the cocoa and vanilla. Beat until fully combined. Place in a piping bag with a star tip and refrigerate until use.
  • For the spiders, using a knife, cut one end of the chocolate spheres to create a stable base. With a little melted dark chocolate, attach the smaller chocolate piece to form the head and let it set.
  • For the spider legs, over a bowl with ice and water, form the spider legs by letting the melted chocolate drip. Once set, remove and dry. Attach the legs with more chocolate to the spider's body and let it dry completely.
  • Cover the cupcakes with chocolate frosting, decorate with a spider and a white chocolate spider web. Enjoy.
