Easter Cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes with Nutella frosting to make this Easter.

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cups water
  • nutella
  • fondant, for decorating

  • Cream the butter with the sugar, add eggs one by one, the baking powder, vanilla, a pinch of salt, cocoa, and flour. Mix until the dough is homogeneous. Add water and continue beating. Bake in cupcake liners for 22 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Using a piping bag, place the Nutella on top of each cupcake and decorate with fondant decorations of your choice; since Easter is coming soon, I decided that bunnies and chicks would be the best option.
