28 milliliters lime juice
360 milliliters pear nectar
300 grams pear, peeled and thinly sliced
16 grams baking powder
12 grams lime zest
4 grams salt

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Combine the pear nectar, eggs, oil, lemon juice, and zest.
Combine both flours, brown sugar, granola, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
Incorporate the pear slices, tossing to coat them with the flour, and mix with the wet ingredients without overworking.
Distribute into the molds with liners.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked or lightly golden.
