The Best Blueberry Muffins

These blueberry muffins, not to brag, but they turn out delicious!!!!!

  • 250 grams flour , for pastry
  • 155 grams granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 250 milliliters cow's milk
  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 grams frozen blueberry

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Grease a special mold for 12 muffins.
  • In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients well and set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients well.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and quickly integrate with a maximum of 10-15 movements.
  • Add the frozen blueberries until incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into the molds, filling only ¾ of their capacity, and bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove the muffins from the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes in the mold, then unmold and cool on a wire rack.
