250 grams flour , for pastry
155 grams granulated sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
250 milliliters cow's milk
125 grams unsalted butter
2 eggs
125 grams frozen blueberry

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Grease a special mold for 12 muffins.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients well and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and quickly integrate with a maximum of 10-15 movements.
Add the frozen blueberries until incorporated.
Pour the batter into the molds, filling only ¾ of their capacity, and bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove the muffins from the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes in the mold, then unmold and cool on a wire rack.
