Unicorn Cupcakes in Cone

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • For the cupcakes, beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and vanilla essence.
  • Add the baking powder, salt, and flour. Gradually pour in the milk and beat until combined. Divide the mixture into 4 and add a drop of different color to each, mix.
  • Place the ice cream cones on a cupcake mold, pour the previous mixture over the ice cream cones and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • For the colored cream, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla essence until you have a consistent cream.
  • Divide the cream into 4 and color each one a different color.
  • Place strips of frosting in a piping bag with a star tip, being careful not to mix the colors.
  • Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting.
