Wave Cupcakes

This recipe is really good, believe it or not, I taught myself to make it because I love baking and I would like to be a chef when I grow up!

  • 400 grams sugar , refined
  • 450 grams unsalted butter
  • 500 grams flour
  • 9 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder , (royal)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups evaporated milk

  • Cream the butter.
  • Add the sugar and continue beating.
  • Add the eggs, giving time for them to incorporate.
  • Add the flour and baking powder, alternating with the milk and vanilla.
  • Place cupcake liners in cupcake molds and fill them up to 3/4 full.
  • Bake at 175º for approximately 30 minutes.
