400 grams sugar , refined
450 grams unsalted butter
500 grams flour
9 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder , (royal)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 cups evaporated milk

Cream the butter.
Add the sugar and continue beating.
Add the eggs, giving time for them to incorporate.
Add the flour and baking powder, alternating with the milk and vanilla.
Place cupcake liners in cupcake molds and fill them up to 3/4 full.
Bake at 175º for approximately 30 minutes.
