Delicious custard cake that you can decorate to your liking. It's perfect to accompany with a nice glass of fresh milk, coffee, or chocolate.

250 grams clotted cream
1/2 cups cow's milk
4 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
walnuts, optional
Preparation

Low
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and mix.
Beat the eggs in another bowl for 2 minutes.
Add the sugar to the eggs and beat for 1 more minute.
Add the cream and vanilla. Gradually add the flour and milk.
Beat until everything is well integrated.
Pour the mixture into a previously floured container. Add the nuts on top of the mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Check the doneness by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it's ready.
Let it cool for 10-15 minutes after taking it out of the oven.
