Delicious Baked Milk

  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 1 cup sugar, (300 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 eggs

  • Put the milk in a wide, heat-safe container, add the eggs, beat, and add the cornstarch, then place it on low heat and add half a cup of sugar (100 grams).
  • Empty the 1/2 cup of sugar into a metal or oven-safe glass container. Cover the entire bottom of the container with sugar and then place it over heat to melt it and turn it into homemade caramel.
  • Take the container with the caramel and carefully pour the milk over it, then place it on low heat and let it brown.
  • Let it cool and serve the portions.
