  • 14 ladyfingers, ground
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream, candy
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 limes

  • Beat the yolks to a cord point.
  • The whites to nougat point.
  • The cream until it is very hard.
  • All this in separate frets. Mix everything, add sugar and lemon juice.
  • Once the sugar has been well incorporated, it is emptied into a dish smeared with butter and sprinkled with the powder of the crushed soletas.
  • It goes into the freezer until it sets.
  • Then it goes down to the refrigerator and there you have it to keep it curdled.
