Delicious Lemon Cream

Prepare this delicious lemon cream dessert; I love this recipe because it's a very quick and homemade dessert to make.

  • 14 ladyfingers, crushed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cream , sweet
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 lemons

  • Beat the egg yolks until they reach a ribbon stage.
  • The egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
  • The cream until it is very firm.
  • All of this in separate bowls. Mix everything together, add the sugar and lemon juice.
  • Once the sugar is well incorporated, pour it into a buttered platter sprinkled with crushed ladyfingers.
  • Place it in the freezer until set.
  • Then it is placed in the refrigerator to keep it set.
