Prepare this delicious Oreo cookie cake made with chocolate cake, topped with a creamy cream cheese frosting and filled with the cookie filling, decorated with more cookies. It is irresistibly delicious, you won't believe it.
4 packages cream cheese, for the frosting (190g each)
1 cup butter, for the frosting
1/4 cups cookies, powdered, for the frosting
1/3 cups icing sugar
OREO cookies, for decoration, in pieces and crushed

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
For the cake, sift the flour, cocoa, cookie crumbs, baking powder, and salt using a sieve. Set aside.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until pale, add the vanilla and sour cream and beat until combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients and the melted butter in a thin stream.
Pour the mixture into a previously floured and greased cake pan, bake for 25 minutes, let cool, and set aside.
For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the butter, cookie crumbs, and powdered sugar until creamy. Set aside.
Cut the cake into 3 equal parts and spread frosting between the layers.
Cover the cake with more frosting and decorate with rosettes and pieces of cookies. Sprinkle crushed cookies in the center and at the base of the cake. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve.
