Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 2 spoonfuls of cocoa
  • 1 Cup of Oreo cookie powdered
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • 4 packages of cream cheese for bitumen (190g each)
  • 1 Cup of Butter for bitumen
  • 1/4 of Cup of cookie powder, for bitumen
  • 1/3 of Cup of powder sugar
  • to taste of Oreo cookie to decorate, in pieces and ground

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the cake, with a sieve sieve, sift the flour, the cocoa, the biscuit powder, the baking powder and the salt. Reserve.
    Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are bleached, add the vanilla and the sour cream and beat until incorporated. Add the dried ones and the butter in the form of thread little by little.
    Pour the preparation on a cake mold previously floured and greased, bake for 25 minutes, let cool and reserve.
    For the bitumen, beat the cream cheese with the butter, the biscuit powder and the icing sugar until creamy. Reserve.
    Cut the cake into 3 equal parts and place bitumen between the layers.
    Cover the cake with more bitumen and decorate with rosettes and cookies in pieces. Sprinkle ground cookies in the center and at the base of the cake. Refrigerate 20 minutes and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    On a cake base, served with a glass of milk.

    TIPS

    The sour cream, brings moisture and softness to the cake, you can also replace it with natural yoghurt.

    la harina puede ser normal, o es de alguna en especial, aveces no se levanta mucho el pastel no se si es por la harina o que hago mal

    Una pregunta. Intenté hacer el pastel, y el betún sabía mucho a queso,salado. Hay manera de hacerlo dulde? Tendría que ponerle menos queso crema? Intenté componerlo con azúcar, vainilla y el polvo de galletas y no lo pude reponer.
