Delicious Piña Colada Mousse

Delicious pineapple mousse with a touch of rum. It is a very rich dessert that goes perfect with a hot day. Since its tropical flavor will delight everyone.

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 ounce rum
  • 14 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 24 María cookies
  • 90 grams butter

  • We crush the cookies (we reserve them).
  • Melt the butter (we reserve it)
  • In a mold we put the cookies and bathe with the butter we suppress well so that the ingredients are incorporated well. (This step is like culquier classic pie with cookies).
  • We liquefy, pineapple juice, coconut cream, sugar, rum, and grenetina (already hydrated), (we reserve).
