Borrachitos are typical sweets from Puebla, which have fruity flavors and are usually a hit during national holidays. The best part is that you can learn to make borrachitos with D'Gari®.

Dissolve the cornstarch with half a cup of water and use a whisk to avoid lumps. Once dissolved, set aside.
Pour the sugar and water into a pot over medium heat, bring to a boil, and stir until the sugar completely dissolves. Once the water has a small bubble, add the pack of D'Gari® pineapple-flavored gelatin and stir until incorporated. Then, lower the heat and mix in the dissolved cornstarch, stirring continuously, keep at temperature until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Once the mixture is warm, add the white tequila and fold in gently. Pour the mixture into a rectangular dish previously greased with cooking spray. Refrigerate until the borrachitos mixture takes on a firm consistency.
Repeat the same process with D'Gari® strawberry-flavored gelatin and D'Gari® lemon-flavored gelatin, both water-based.
Once the mixture is solid, cut the borrachitos into rectangles of 8 cm x 3 cm. Carefully remove and coat with sugar. Place on strips of tissue paper and you're done!
