Dissolve the cornstarch with half a cup of water and use a whisk to avoid lumps. Once dissolved, set aside. Pour the sugar and water into a pot over medium heat, bring to a boil, and stir until the sugar completely dissolves. Once the water has a small bubble, add the pack of D'Gari® pineapple-flavored gelatin and stir until incorporated. Then, lower the heat and mix in the dissolved cornstarch, stirring continuously, keep at temperature until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
