Chocolate covered donuts

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • rainbow sprinkles, to decorate
  • chocolate, yellow, to decorate
  • white chocolate, to decorate

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C)
  • In a bowl, mix the butter, the egg, the vanilla extract and the milk.
  • In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix until integrated, without beating too much.
  • Pour the mixture over a silicone mold and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, release from the mold and set aside.
  • Place the donuts on a rack and cover the donuts with dark chocolate, decorate with colored sprinkles, colored chocolates and white chocolate. Let it dry.
  • Enjoy with a glass of cold milk.
