Ingredients

9 servings
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter melted
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate melted
  • enough of sparks of colors to decorate
  • enough of chocolate yellow, to decorate
  • enough of White chocolate to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C)
    In a bowl, mix the butter, the egg, the vanilla extract and the milk.
    In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix until integrated, without beating too much.
    Pour the mixture over a silicone mold and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, release from the mold and set aside.
    Place the donuts on a rack and cover the donuts with dark chocolate, decorate with colored sprinkles, colored chocolates and white chocolate. Let it dry.
    Enjoy with a glass of cold milk.

    PRESENTATION

    On a cake base, accompanied by a glass of milk.

    TIPS

    It is important not to beat the donuts excessively, otherwise you will create excess air and overflow the mold. Silicone molds add shine to the bread.
