Donuts covered with Chocolate

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cups chocolate sprinkles, to decorate
  • 1/2 cups sugar, to decorate

  • Place the flour in a large bowl and make a hole in the center. Add milk and yeast.
  • Outside the center place the rest of the ingredients.
  • Knead until obtaining a homogeneous and elastic mass. Cover with plasticized paper and let stand one hour until it doubles its size.
  • Spread the dough with the help of a roller 2 cm thick and cut with round cutter or donut. Place on a tray and let stand until they increase ¾ its size.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, heat the oil and fry the donuts, taking care not to burn. Pass through absorbent paper. Take advantage of the donut centers and fry them too.
  • For the ganache, heat the cream to beat and mix with the chocolate, mix very well.
  • Decorate donuts with ganache and granillo and donut centers with sugar.
