This delicious cake is perfect for chocolate lovers. The cake mixture includes semi-sweet chocolate and cocoa, along with a delightful chocolate frosting that everyone will love.
In a bowl, mix 100 grams of chopped chocolate with the hot coffee, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts.
In another bowl, mix the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
With a mixer, beat the eggs for 3-4 minutes; add the oil, milk, vanilla, and the chocolate-coffee mixture and beat until combined, gradually add the sugar mixture and continue beating until you have a cake batter.
Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and the other half into the second pan, bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool and unmold.
For the frosting, chop the remaining chocolate (500 g), set aside.
Heat the cream with the sugar over medium heat and stir with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, add the chocolate with the butter and mix until combined. Chill for 30 minutes.
Spread the frosting on one of the cakes and top with the other cake. Decorate with the remaining frosting and some berries.
