Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
In a bowl mix 100 grams of the chopped chocolate with the hot coffee, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted.
In another bowl mix the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
With a blender , beat the eggs for 3-4 minutes; add the oil, milk, vanilla and chocolate mixture with coffee and whisk until integrating, add the mixture of sugar little by little and continue beating until you get a cake dough.
Pour half of the dough into a cake mold previously greased and floured and the other half in the other mold, bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool and unmold.
For the bitumen, it chops the remaining chocolate (500 gr), reserve.
Heat the cream with the sugar over medium heat and stir with a balloon whisk until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate with the butter and mix until integrated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Spread the bitumen over one of the cakes and cover with the other cake. Decorate with the remaining bitumen and a little red fruit.
