Apple Pie Doughnut

Apple pie is one of my favorite desserts, so this recipe is a blend of flavors. You can experiment with the filling using a few variations of the original recipe until you find your favorite, all without baking and still enjoy a delicious doughnut.

  • 1 Golden Delicious apple
  • 1 donuts, Krispy Kreme glazed
  • cinnamon powder
  • nutmeg powder
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 dash vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon cow's milk
  • 1/2 glasses water
  • cranberries

  • Wash the apples and peel them, core them, and cut them into small cubes. In a skillet with a splash of water, add the apples and stir until they start to soften.
  • Add the sugar, flour, or even cornstarch, and cinnamon, and stir gradually until everything is integrated and all the apples are coated with the mixture; you can also add nutmeg, vanilla, and blueberries, to taste.
  • Take the doughnut and cut it in half, microwave it for 20 seconds (this step depends on whether you want it warm or not); once it comes out of the microwave, add two tablespoons of the filling to one half (again, adjust to your preference) and cover it with the other half of the doughnut.
  • Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
