Wash the apples and peel them, core them, and cut them into small cubes. In a skillet with a splash of water, add the apples and stir until they start to soften. Add the sugar, flour, or even cornstarch, and cinnamon, and stir gradually until everything is integrated and all the apples are coated with the mixture; you can also add nutmeg, vanilla, and blueberries, to taste.
